Questions
A commercial gym is recommended for the lower body and compound lifts, but each program includes substitution notes for limited equipment.
Most sessions run 45–75 minutes depending on the phase. Deload weeks are shorter (30–40 min). Everything is scheduled for 4–5 training days per week.
These are intermediate-to-advanced programs. You should know basic compound movements (squat, deadlift, press). Form videos are included but this isn't a "how to lift" course.
